The Founder of Wellness and Circle

I’m a Finance & Public Health Advocate and Consultant. A Life, Mental Health and Wellness Coach. A Mom, Sewing & Crochet Enthusiast. I live for Culture and the Food within it.
I created the Wellness and Circle platform to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where individuals can come together to prioritize their well-being and foster meaningful connections.

This platform serves as a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs, knowing that they will be met with empathy and understanding.

Members of the Wellness and Circle platform find solace in knowing that they are not alone on their wellness journey and gain inspiration and support from one another, ultimately fostering a stronger sense of connection, belonging, and overall well-being.

The platform cultivates a sense of community and encourages personal growth through guided discussions, interactive activities, and shared practices.

In the past few years, I’ve acquired several talents along my path of careers that have helped me strive for growth and the growth of the people around me. I allow myself to be vulnerable to be the gift of courage, joy, and happiness in the spaces that I inhabit. 

As a mental health, life, and wellness coach I am dedicated to working alongside individuals to help them achieve optimal mental well-being, personal growth, and overall life satisfaction. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and a holistic approach to wellness, I empower my clients to navigate life’s challenges, overcome obstacles, and unlock their true potential.

I combine evidence-based strategies, practical tools, and compassionate guidance to support individuals in their journey towards improved mental health and a balanced, fulfilling life.

I foster a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. Through active listening and insightful questioning, I help clients gain clarity, uncover limiting beliefs, and develop personalized action plans that align with their values and goals.

In recognizing that mental well-being is deeply interconnected with physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual fulfillment. I incorporate strategies such as mindfulness, stress management techniques, nutrition guidance, and self-care practices, to support my clients in achieving holistic wellness.

Whether it’s managing stress, improving relationships, enhancing self-esteem, navigating life transitions, or finding purpose and meaning, I provide the tools and support necessary to overcome obstacles and create positive change. I serve as accountability partner, motivator, and mentor, helping individuals to unlock their inner potential, embrace self-compassion, and cultivate resilience.
