Hi! I'm BiKé Ojomo
Hi. I’m a Mental Health, Wellness and Life Coach.
My goal as a coach is to guide and support clients in various aspects of wellness and to re-frame your thoughts around wellness, mental health, relationships, emotional balance, self-love, stress management, teenagers, motherhood and life style choices.
Also, I typically works with clients one-on-one or in group settings, providing personalized guidance, motivation, and accountability. I help clients set goals, create action plans, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes. Lastly I provide education, resources, and practical tools to facilitate behavior change and promote healthy habits.
