What is PeriMenopause?

PeriMenopause is the transitional time around menopause. Menopause is when a woman’s periods stop. It’s marked by changes in the menstrual cycle, along with other physical and emotional symptoms. This time can last 2 to 10 years. During this time, women may face symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and changes in sexual health.

In this session we will be creating awareness about the root causes of menopause.

There are several root causes but we will be talking about 3 in this session.

1. Genetics

2. Hormonal Imbalance

3. Surgery

Today’s Co-host is Valentina Ibirogba Unaji of @dameshub. She is a women’s wellness coach.
